Het Markiezenhof

The Markiezenhof wants to profile itself as a modern city museum and play an active role in cultural and monumental Bergen op Zoom. The city palace in which the museum is located, is a platform for art, culture and heritage.

The Markiezenhof puts itself and Bergen op Zoom on the map by actively programming exhibitions and activities within its own complex, at locations in the city and region and via digital media. The museum is based on the three key concepts, part of the cultural vision of the municipality of Bergen op Zoom: creatively innovative, talented and historical.
